	* After using it for a few years, I now find myself much more likely to create a new page instead of a new header on an existing page. If I have enough to write about it to necessitate a header, then it won't be too long before it will need its own page. 			*** Don't make a header for just one bulleted list
			*** Every bulleted list should have a paragraph above it describing the scope of the list - it could be one short, but complete sentence.
			*** Every item in a bulleted list should use consistent sentence structure and punctuation
			*** Make them MESE
			*** If an item in the list "feels like it doesn't belong", it probably doesn't - make a new list or write a paragraph about it.
